The owner of The New Market, Constantine Filos is a human woman of intermediate age. Quite possibly one of the luckiest women in Nokt, Constantine has been fortunate in that her relatively recent land investments have turned into one of the newest, busiest sites in Nokt. With its policies of looking away and letting just about anything pass through its stalls, The New Market is making Constantine a pretty penny – she may be able to retire in style in less than a year at the rate things are going.

Ms. Filos claims to have come to Nokt by way of Greathaven, and that she was drawn to the town by the stories that Xiola Heavenhanded was spreading during her pilgrimage there. None in Nokt can say for certain where Constantine obtained the necessary funding to purchase the lands that have become The New Market, and there are none in Greathaven who can vouch for her – or say anything against her. Her sudden appearance in Nokt seems innocent enough, but her story appears paper-thin when you look closely at it.
