A Visitor's Guide to Nokt: Outside of Nokt: Val Xanar, Valaise, and Norfin

These three colonies are listed together because they are, essentially, all the same town - or were, prior to the war.  Today, they are all ghost towns, abandoned by Foerl in the wake of their internal battles.

Val Xanar and Valaise were shantytowns, created in support of the personnel who manned Ender’s Prison when it was still active.  Norfin was the retreat from Val Xanar and Valaise for those on leave.  When Ender’s Prison closed down, there was no longer a need for these towns, and they collapsed into disrepair as their residents relocated elsewhere on Ereland.
