A Visitor's Guide to Nokt: Outside of Nokt: Greathaven

The largest city in Ereland prior to the War, Greathaven was surpassed in size by Nokt when refugees from all over Ereland made their way there. Originally a colony of Centralia in Taggartia, Greathaven has nonetheless embraced magic and run with it - to great success.

Greathaven is on good terms with almost every city in Ereland, and is friendly with Nokt. Trade is strong between the two cities, with boats and airships leaving daily.

Despite its currently-smaller size, Greathaven is still considered the port of trade in Ereland; partly due to its centralized location, and partly due to the fact that it escaped the war intact. If you’re looking for something, Greathaven is the place to be.

Greathaven is a city that is quite different from other cities and towns in Ereland - magic has helped shape it. It has towering buildings (the equivalent to skyscrapers), and a large landing/docking field for skyships and airships... which sits atop a great inverted cone of earth and stone, hundreds of feet in height and just as wide across. Where other cities grow into "sprawl," Greathaven more resembles a tall grove of trees: things are built up.
