A Visitor's Guide to Nokt: Outside of Nokt: Everburn

A remote complex in the western mountains of Ereland, Everburn is a mystery to those who live in its shadow.  From the coast, Everburn’s flames are visible even during the day, and they never go out.  Expeditions to Everburn are rare, as the local residents learned long ago that the savage mountain bugbears - and worse - inhabit the area where Everburn is located.

None know who built Everburn, or why.  Perhaps the answers are entombed within, awaiting a brave (or foolhardy!) enough group of adventurers.

In recent years, the demi-god Shai Ha'lud has taken up residence in the outer halls of Everburn, and six hundred of his most devout mortal followers join him there for his meditations on a daily basis.
